As a writer and teacher of writing I’ve long been immersed in the creative process. If you are wanting to initiate a relationship with your own process, interrupt a creative block, or further writing you’ve begun, I’m available to work with you in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
My teaching experience includes ten years as a Bard Associate for the Northwest Writing Institute at Lewis and Clark College in Oregon as well as teaching at the University of Washington, Seattle Community College, and Woodinville High School where I taught an integrated Physics/English course with science colleague Bob Connell. I’ve also taught at the Richard Hugo House where I was a Writer in Residence from 1999 – 2001. Writers I’ve worked with include William Stafford, Robert Hass, and David Wagoner.
My rates are $100 for a 60 minute session and $150 for a 90 minute session.
